Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight. Free standard shipping on orders over the regional threshold (AUD $90 / EUR €60 / USD $60). Express options available at checkout.
Logistics
Shipping & returns.
We ship NEXRY products from regional warehouses across the EU, Ireland, and the USA so most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12pm local warehouse time ship the same business day. Subscription orders ship on your selected cadence.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
International
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where supported. Where not, the recipient is responsible for any import duties.
30-day money-back guarantee
Try NEXRY for 30 days on your first order. If it isn't right for you, contact admin@getnexry.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if the tub is open.
Returns process
Email admin@getnexry.com with your order number to start a return. We'll issue a prepaid return label where available. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to admin@getnexry.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
