Safety

Ingredient safety & contraindications.

Supplements interact with medications, medical conditions, and life stages differently. This page summarises general safety guidance — but it is not a substitute for personalised advice from your healthcare professional.

Who should avoid supplements without medical advice

  • Children and adolescents under 18
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women
  • People taking prescription medication (especially blood thinners, antidepressants, blood pressure, diabetes or thyroid medication)
  • People with diagnosed liver or kidney disease
  • People scheduled for surgery in the next 2 weeks

Stimulant-containing formulas

FLOW//STATE and MIND//FOCUS contain caffeine or caffeine-like compounds. Avoid if you are sensitive to stimulants, have cardiovascular conditions, or take stimulant medication.

Sleep formulas

NIGHT//RESET contains compounds that promote relaxation. Do not drive or operate machinery for at least 6 hours after taking. Do not combine with sedatives, sleep medication, or alcohol.

Electrolyte formulas

HYDRATE//X contains added sodium. If you are on a sodium-restricted diet or take blood-pressure medication, consult your healthcare professional before use.

NAD precursor formulas

NAD//CORE contains NMN, NR, and related precursors. Long-term safety data is still emerging. We recommend consulting your healthcare professional, particularly if you have a history of cancer or are immunocompromised.

Adverse reactions

Stop use and contact a qualified healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction. Report adverse events to admin@getnexry.com so we can investigate at the batch level.

Drug interactions

Always disclose every supplement you take to your prescribing clinician. Many ingredients (including ashwagandha, magnesium, theanine, and creatine) can interact with common medications.
