NEXRY products are sold across Ireland, Spain, and the USA. Each region regulates dietary supplements differently — formulations, claims and labelling are adapted accordingly.
In the USA, NEXRY products are dietary supplements as defined by DSHEA. They are not evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. We follow FTC truth-in-advertising rules and substantiate every claim with cited research.
In the EU and Ireland, NEXRY products comply with Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims. We only use claims authorised on the EU Register of Nutrition and Health Claims and lawful equivalents.
Spanish customers — NEXRY products are notified to AESAN as food supplements where applicable.
Where an ingredient or dose is not permitted in a given region, that formula is reformulated for that market or not sold there. Always check the label for your region.
